Kirkuk / Residential & mixed-use
Kirkuk View
A new vision of modern living: contemporary architecture, residential comfort, and integrated community services in Kirkuk, Iraq.
Project overview
Kirkuk View is a proposed residential and mixed-use development designed to introduce a modern lifestyle through a combination of contemporary architecture, comfortable residential spaces, commercial facilities, and integrated community services. Located in Kirkuk, Iraq, the project is planned to create a balanced living environment where residential comfort, accessibility, and modern urban design come together.
Architectural concept
The architectural concept of Kirkuk View focuses on creating a distinctive residential identity through a combination of high-rise apartment towers and private residential villas. The development incorporates different building heights, carefully organized residential zones, and functional spaces to establish an attractive and well-structured urban environment. Its design aims to provide residents with a comfortable living experience while maintaining a strong architectural character.
Residential development
Kirkuk View is planned to accommodate approximately 1,040 residential apartments and 71 private villas. The apartment units include two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts, offering different residential options for families with varying needs. The residential towers are organized into four groups, ranging from 12 to 20 floors, providing a variety of living spaces within the development.
Community and lifestyle
Beyond residential buildings, Kirkuk View is designed as an integrated community that brings essential facilities closer to residents. The master plan includes commercial areas, a clinic, a kindergarten, a mosque, and a primary school. These facilities are intended to support everyday needs and contribute to a more convenient and connected community lifestyle.
Landscape and open spaces
Green areas form an important part of the overall development concept. The project allocates approximately 10,153 square meters to green spaces, creating opportunities for a more pleasant residential environment. The landscape planning complements the residential buildings and contributes to the visual quality and organization of the site.
Accessibility and infrastructure
The master plan incorporates two main entrance and exit gates, internal road networks, service roads, and dedicated parking facilities. With a planned total of 1,737 parking spaces, including surface and basement parking, the development aims to support convenient access and organized vehicle movement. Supporting infrastructure and service facilities are also integrated into the overall site layout.
A vision for the future
Kirkuk View represents a vision for contemporary urban living in Kirkuk, combining residential diversity, architectural planning, community facilities, and functional infrastructure within one development. Through its integrated approach, the project aims to establish a distinctive residential destination that responds to the needs of modern families and the evolving urban character of the city.
